Foxtail Mocktails was created out of a simple frustration. Alcohol-free options at events are often treated as an afterthought. Poorly balanced flavors, uninspired presentation, and drinks that feel tacked on rather than designed. We knew celebrations deserved better.

Foxtail Mocktails was built with intention from the start. Not as a lesser substitute for a traditional bar, but as a complete beverage experience in its own right. One rooted in thoughtful flavor development, refined presentation, and confident service that stands comfortably alongside any elevated event.

We approach every bar with the same care you’d expect from a full-service beverage experience. Menus are crafted for balance and depth. Presentation is polished and cohesive. Service is seamless, professional, and present without being performative. Every detail is considered because every guest experience matters.

  • We serve a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings of 15–20 guests to large-scale celebrations of up to 500 people. If you’re planning an event larger than that, we’re happy to discuss options during a consultation.

  • Not by default. Our menus are flavor-forward and balanced, with options that range from bright and refreshing to layered and complex. Sweetness is always intentional and never overpowering.

    Foxtail Mocktails uses low-sugar syrups and mixers as our standard, many of which include sugar substitutes to reduce overall sugar content.

    Some drinks may still taste sweet depending on the recipe (such as classic favorites), but they are prepared with lower sugar than traditional versions.

    If you prefer drinks made with traditional sugar-based ingredients, those can be requested in advance.

  • Our standard packages include two drinks per guest. Additional drinks can be added if desired.
